Does Los Angeles Superstore offer free shipping?
Yes, for 11 states all items always come with free shipping! For all other states, there are a few items that we must charge a small shipping fee. These items make up 1 percent of our items. That means 99 percent of our items come with free shipping. Please keep in mind that no matter what part of the country you are in you will always find that 99 percent of our items will ship to you for free.

FREE SHIPPING for everything is always offered to those in the following states:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

If you are not in any of the above states, don't worry! You will still find that 99 percent of our items will still ship to you for free with no minimum. If there is a shipping charge, you 'll be glad to know that it will never be anything very expensive. When there is a shipping charge, 99 percent of the time it will be anywhere from $3.99 to $5.99. It doesn't matter if we have to pay more than that for the shipping (which we almost always do.) Did you notice that we said 99 percent of the time. Yes, there is that 1 percent when we have to charge a little bit more for shipping. When this happens it is certainly because we are having to ship a very large or bulky item. Items like this can get very expensive to ship. Again though, there won't be any crazy high shipping fees for you. In fact, for items like this we will never charge more than $15 no matter what we have to pay.

FREE SHIPPING is always available to all customers no matter where they are at if they have a minimum order of $100.
How long will it take to receive my items?
This will of course depend on what part of the country you are in. First off, we like our customers to know that we usually have a 24 hour shipping turnaround. What this means is that we give 100 percent effort to ship out all orders within 24 hours. Many customers will get their orders shipped out much sooner than that as we also try to get all orders out the same very day that come in before 2pm (PST.) Of course there are times when this is not possible do to a problem with an order, more information needed from the customer such as a valid shipping address or an item that will be shipping out from a different location.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive notification and a carrier tracking number. We use all major carriers as well as a few smaller companies. United States Postal Service First Class mail will generally take 3 to 5 days to reach its delivery point. United States Postal Service Priority Mail will generally take 2 to 3 days to reach its delivery point. UPS and Fed Ex Ground services will generally take 1 to 5 days depending on your location. All in all it usually does not take more than 5 days to receive your package once we ship it out. Please keep in mind that there are times when delivery will take longer than this, and these are no guaranteed delivery times. There are times when packages get delayed by the carrier and it may take longer to receive your package. With that said, many customers in our state of California sometimes receive their packages the very next day after we ship them out via UPS. We have also had many customers on the east coast receive their packages in two days via USPS. Again, we just never know, but will certainly do our very best (as will the carriers) to get your package to you as soon as possible. We will always use the carrier that will be most effective in getting you your package as quickly as possible.
